The Secular Buddhist Network sponsors two online meditation groups on Sunday for secular Buddhists and those interested in a secular approach to the dharma.
Sunday Morning Meditation Group
Our Sunday morning meditation group meets at 11 am US Eastern Time. After brief meditation instructions, we meditate silently for 30 minutes, followed by a period of sharing our experiences with each other.
If you don't live in the US Eastern Time zone, please go to https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ to find out what time the meeting is in your time zone.
Please fill in the form below if you are interested in joining the Sunday morning meditation group.
Sunday Night Practice Circle
The Practice Circle was initiated by the Secular Buddhist Association.
Practice Circle's live sessions are held online using streaming video technology via computer. On Sundays when we meet, use your computer, tablet, or even smart phone to see and hear the teacher and other participants, and to share your own experiences.
The Practice Circle meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Sunday every month, 8:00 p.m. Central Time (9:00 p.m. Eastern).
