Meditation doesn’t end when the bell rings. An individual inter~view is an opportunity to have a conversation encircling our experience and views held about meditation practice. Contemplation happens within and beyond intentional practice. Writing can capture insights that might otherwise slip away.
This is an invitation to engage with meditation in a broader, more dynamic way—bringing contemplation, discernment, imagination, and your own voice into the practice. During the sitting, allow your awareness to open beyond the usual through gentleness, kindness, and curiosity. Afterward, reflect on your experience with mindful awareness—remembering and re-collecting—to develop deeper awareness of the subtle conditions that shape your meditation, rather than just focusing on the dominant or most obvious ones.

My perspective: the dharma is in your experience. But you might not always notice it, or perhaps you haven't given enough value to the diverse ways in which insight and calm emerges. By paying attention to the undercurrents of your experience, you might discover the quieter, often-overlooked conditions that support awareness.
Let’s have a conversation about this—about what you notice, what challenges you, and what surprises you. Through a conversation, we can explore meditation not as a fixed practice, but as a living, evolving inquiry.
