We meet online on a weekly basis every Thursday at 6PM Dublin time for our weekly "Thank Buddha It's Thursday" eSangha.
Our meetings focus on meditation and discussion of the dhamma from a secular perspective. We aim to learn from all traditions in our practice and to cultivate the practical, ethical and psychological skills promised by the Buddha to those who come to know the dhamma by its results.
Meetings generally feature instructionless sitting and mobile meditation (walking, yoga, perhaps even more sitting) and are followed by discussions in small groups of 3 or 4 about the dhamma in our daily lives and what inspires our practice. Occasionally, a member may want to feature a dhamma talk, a group activity or invite a teacher and this will take up our discussion time instead.
