Mindfulness is a way of being and relating to our experience. It enables us to live our lives as vividly as possible, while deeply caring for ourselves, others and the world. Mindfulness can be practiced and embodied in each moment of our lives, not only during formal meditation practice, allowing us to notice whenever reactivity arises. Whether interacting with family, friends or co-workers, eating breakfast or washing the dishes, we all have ample opportunities to practice during the day.
The focus of our new Daily Life Practice Group will be to share our experiences and insights from practicing during daily life. If you are interested, please join us, so that we can support each other in extending mindfulness into our daily lives.
