Dharma Lab: A Science-Informed Platform to Support Flourishing

The Dharma Lab Substack was launched by Richie Davidson and Cort Dahl in August 2025. Dr. Davidson is a prominent neuroscientist who has studied the science of meditation and human flourishing for decades. Dr. Dahl is a scientist and longtime meditation teacher who has translated Tibetan texts on Buddhist philosophy and meditation. On their roughly weekly video podcast, Davidson and Cort discuss a wide range of topics, from the importance of kindness and connection, to changing habits and dealing with rumination, offering a wide range of simple pointers or questions which we can drop into our awareness each day.
